H, I have 3 monitors and my resolution at 5760x1080, is there anyway to get the hud on the center screen?

If you enable the Dynamic Cockpit, you can move individual HUD regions and place them pretty much anywhere. Open the Dynamic_Cockpit.cfg file and look for the "move_region" commands, there are already several examples in there.

I assume you enabled DC with:
dynamic_cockpit_enabled = 1
Which release are you running? Is it 1.1.3.1? I'll take a look.

OK, I just checked and moving the HUD still works; but you need to disable the "erase_region" commands on every cockpit that is DC-enabled. So, go to the DynamicCockpit folder and open the *.dc files you're interested in. Find the lines that begin with "erase_region" and replace with "; erase_region" to disable those instructions. That will make the HUD visible again.
After that, you can go back to Dynamic_Cockpit.cfg and enable the move_region commands and play with the coordinates a little bit. I've never played with 3 monitors, but the coordinates are normalized to (0,0) - (1,1). So, in your case, I believe X = [0..0.333] will be the first monitor, [0.333.. 0.666] will be the second monitor and [0.666,1.000] will be the third monitor.
I may have misunderstood your problem, because you didn't mention the HUD disappearing, so feel free to post some pictures to get a better understanding of what you're seeing.

Ok thanks I will give this a try, I dont see any files in the DynamicCockpit folder for the YT-1600 or YT-2000. I am playing through the game from the start and haven't progressed to any of these craft yet.

I had a build going at one point where I was trying to accomplish your goal, we were having issues early on so I let Blue max catch up. My cfg files are probably formatted all wrong with the progress made by now otherwise I would share. I also tried to increase the size of the radars and put them in closer to the center but on my flanking monitors.
Given dynamic cockpits seem to be the direction we are going, at least for many of us, I haven't picked that up again because I prefer the dynamic implementation of cockpit information over the 2d hud as a primary source of flight data.
