XWA crashes only when the XWAU is installed during the mission briefing. I have done a clean install of XWA and have no issues. Then after installing XWAUCP_v1.6.exe it crashes. I am running the steam version of XWA on Win10 64. Any help is much appreciated. Let me know if you need any further details.

Have you downloaded and installed any other craft since XWAUCP_v1.6?
Also is Steam turned off when you are trying to play.
If you haven't done then use XWA Hooks Setup and copy all the latest hooks to your XWA folder.
Make sure you have backups of important files and stuff if you are messing about with the game.
Hope that helps a little for now

I have not installed any other crafts. Steam is off. I will try the XWA Hooks Setup and report back. Thank you.

You copied the files from the Setup folder that XwaHooksSetup.exe created into the main X-Wing Alliance folder?
Sorry I'm not sure what it may be.
Hopefully JeremyaFr comes online and see's this as he may know the error message

This is what happens when it loads the hangar.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

You need to download the latest DDraw.dll
Goto Downloads and right at the bottom you see a link

Yes, I copied all of the files and overwrote the old ones in the XWA folder. Thanks for the suggestions.
