So last night I did the first family mission and I found a bug, I think. At the end of the mission you have to drop off the container you're carrying for it to be considered "delivered". In the original game you'd drop it on the landing pad next to Aeron's, but with the XWAU installed you drop it on one of the outer docking arms UNDER the Modified Action Transport waiting there. When you've delivered the container your ship lifts off and basically headbutts the Action Transport, resulting in multiple collisions until you eventually bounce free. Not a game-breaking issue, unless you're a novice and got all shot up by the Viraxo, in which case you might explode.
Seems like there's a missing hardpoint?

Hello,
there is not a missing hardpoint, it's just that the Azzameen Station has more than 2 docking positions. You just deliver the container to the nearest free docking position.
So approach the docking position you wish to deliver and then press Shift-D. (I'm talking like MK-09)
However, I prepared a few days ago an update to the mission to have the Big Score parked at Azzameen Station instead of just "Hold steady".

I made this change just for aesthetic reasons, but ironically it solves this problem too.

I also made a few more aesthetic updates. For example in the CMD order description the stations have "Holding station - 0:00" and the containers have "Awaiting boarding - 0:00" instead of missing text. In other words every object now has a CMD description (and an order different from "Hold steady").
Containers have order "Await boarding" or "Disabled" (depending on their starting region) and the crafts parked at Azzameen Station have order "Park at AZZ Azzameen Station"
M/TRN Big Score is now "Parked at AZZ Azzameen Station".
I know that there are bugs that need to be solved much more badly across the campaign, but I felt some fun is also needed.
Of course if any of you don't like some of the changes I made, or if you think they simply break the eyes, just let me know.

Plus we haven't heard back from Battledog that his issue is solved.
Appreciate you pointing out about the different docking positions. Thanks

Maybe there is also the option to try the mission yourself and see if you can dock properly. It takes less than 2 minutes.Ace Antilles wrote: ↑Fri Jul 03, 2020 11:36 pm

I have downloaded it Mark. Right now my game is setup testing other areas and real life and work demands my attention too.Mark_Farlander wrote: ↑Fri Jul 03, 2020 11:50 pmMaybe there is also the option to try the mission yourself and see if you can dock properly. Jaeven is currently working on mission testing.
Also It's been well proven because one person has no issues isn't the same for everyone.

I'm going to run the mission again vanilla, then run the updated mission.
I've been preoccupied with CORT turrets last couple of days.
Plus, unlike when I was 15 I have this annoying "job" thing.

In my previous post I've given such a trivial advice... but considering how many strange comments I read yesterday I had to.Mark_Farlander wrote: ↑Sat Jul 04, 2020 1:04 amJust remember to install the XWAUCP v1.6 BEFORE replacing the mission.
