Hello,
You can try that:

xwa_hook_weapon_color_WIP_2101091825.zip
Yeah, that appears to have fixed the issue. Many thanks!

UPDATE

Hello,
I've updated the weapon color hook.

I've merged the changes from the WIP version into the stable version.

I had a problem on Mission 4 where you are rescuing the Echo base prisoners. For some reason the Y-Wings weren't hitting the Dreadnaught with their ion canons and they couldn't seem to disable it. It was very frustrating since I was flying an xwing and couldn't disable the ship myself.

Anyway, I tried the WIP Hook_Weapon_Color.dll file above and it didn't seem to fix the problem. However when I deleted Hook_Weapon_Color.dll, the problem was resolved and the y-wings were able to disable the Dreadnaught with no problems.

I just wanted to report the bug in that mission since it seems to be related to this thread's discussion.

On a side note, I absolutely LOVE this mod. Xwing Alliance now looks and plays like it was just made this year. Thanks so much for all of your hard work!
