Individual installers for XWAUCP 1.6 models?

Hello,

First of all; a huge thank you for all the hard work you guys put into this release! It's really great keeping the best Star Wars game running and updated!

Secondly, I tried to install the latest XWAUCP 1.6 but I couldn't get it working on my install (I run an older computer for running older games with XP etc. so that could be it) so I had to uninstall to get it working again. I have until now only installed all the separate updated models along with some other mods and hooks so my question is if the updated models in 1.6 will be released as separate installers? Because I think X-Wing, Y-Wing etc. were updated with working landing gears? And the A-Wing with new cockpit? But in the download section you only get the older versions.

Thanks again!

/Lars

Creating the installers is a lot of work, so I don't know if DS will do individual installers for all new crafts. But I think it would be better to try and find out why you cannot get the XWAUCP 1.6 to install. Can you shed some light on the issue? There might be someone here that can help. Though to be honest XP is really old... It sounds like you have a newer computer available, why not run XWA on that one? With the GOG version it's really easy to install and honestly doesn't cost much, and it should work with all the releases we have.

Thanks!
Yes, I can understand that!
Well, I have an old installation that I've added all the crafts manually to as well as tweaked to get it working with my setup. And I did a copy of the whole folder so to be able to revert if something went wrong with the installation. But even if uninstalling it and deleting the new copy some stuff affected the old copy which I had to remove manually. So not sure what went wrong. I have the GOG version on another computer so I might try with that one, but it's only a laptop. The old XP computer is great to run older games and sims on so that's why I keep it.
Is there a good way to have multiple installs by the way?
