I do have it, of course. But I don't have a scanner. Hmm, suppose I could snap some webcam pics, but htat seems like an awful lot of work. I swear this topic was posted a few months ago, and someone said they would type up a copy. I dunno, I got 3 days off from work this week, maybe I'll try to get to it...
