Hi BlueMax,

Just installed the new Magapack 2020 I found a HUGE step at advance in general. Compliments !!

There is no compare with the old version, now is much better.

However I have 2 questions:

1) The enemy target style now is different and it is a green "monocrome" that is no bad, but to be honest I prefear the old style. There is a way to restore the old style of enemy target ?
2) There is a way to show the FPS ? I like to do some test of the performance in my PC.

Thanks !!

Hello,
1) You can configure the style of the target view in Babu Frik's Configurator with the "Wireframe on the MFD" setting.
2) You can enable the FPS display with XwaExePatcher.

Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for you response.

In Babu Frik's Configurator installer there are many options.

What I need to check to do it ?

Thanks !

It's best to spend a little time studying and playing with the effects to get the best outcome for you.

I use https://fraps.com/ as a simple FPS counter for older games.
Just change the video hotkey so you don't accidentally record everything like I did.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Hi Ace,

Thank you I

Just configured this setting and now is perfect.

Anohoer bit question, that probably is already asked to many users.

For your personal expecience or someone else:

What are the most inportant default setting that heavy impact the Famerate (if there are) ?

In my case the FPS is no bad 35-60 that theorically I can keep it, becouse I don't see too much problems.

At the moment considering that now this game seem a pure AAA game, this is normal and there is no reason why spend too much time to discuss about.

But if there are some setting that can make the difference, I like to consider it if don't cut too much quality.

Thanks !

That would be your desktop resolution: the higher it is, the lower the performance and vice-versa. For VR, I tend to play with my desktop set to 1920x1080.

Also, take a look at the tips in this thread:

I don't want to sound ignorant (but I am), maybe I just missed it in the big post about the mega patch launch, can you reconfigure settings on the fly by closing the game adjusting settings and relaunching, without needing a brand new install? That hadn't occurred to me (and would be great!) but the way I read the posts up thread suggest as much.

You can run the Babu Frik configurator to change a lot of settings without reinstalling the game. Just do what you said: close the game, configure, run again

Thanks so much for clearing this up! I'd been avoiding even trying the pack because I didn't want to install/uninstall over and over guessing at what I can get away with.
