Hey man, I'm almost 31 and I think some others are about my age and slightly older as well.
It's unbelieveable what some of these guys almost half our age can do.
Just download some of the manuals and most of all maintain your patience and everything will work out...trust me that's what I'm doing now.
Oh yeah...ask the younger guys here they're more than happy to point you in the right direction. ;)

well, import to optech, then scale it by say 10 percent increments or if you want it much bigger 50% increments in all deimensions (so, do make sure you mnake all dimensions scaled the same).
the toehr option is to convert the opt to a dxf using ace dxf, then rescale it in say rhino, and save that as adxf and then import to optech and add the textures from the opt (which will now be in its own optech folder) to the model. personally, id go for the former over the latter if you dont want to be perfect and precise, or if you want to take less time, however, if you need hlep with either one, just let me know.
btw, im 12, so thats well under half your age.

I'm 33 so lets doit the thrity-something way. first use opt to prj convert the model, then open project in ace_dxf resize entire model, save as opt your done. We have to do things the quicker way we don't have the 20 years in between to waste.

DS is over 40 isn't he? He's one of the best opters around, so age is a lousy excuse.
