Planetary OPTs: Geonosis RELEASED!

A new derivation from Dodonna's work: the textured sky applied to a skydome opt.

Thanks to this single opt you don't need to modify the backdrop's file! The planetary enviroments are easy to use like a normal opt, they work at 1240x1024 resolution, and they will be released with a basic free-flight mission that can be used with ALLIED to build every combat situation.

The combat area is 26Km large.

My testing planetary enviroments are Geonosis and Briceria (the model developed for GT campaign).

This two planetray enviroments will open my new planetary section at MTD Industries in few days.

I'm working on NABOO, MUSTAFAR, TATOOINE and HOTH now...

Special thanks to DODONNA, because these opts have been opted only thanks to his testing work on the sky textures!

Hmm, something like that could be done with engine glow.

I had a 'low orbit' opt featuring several layers of clouds, but I think I never released it due to being crappy.

MTD,

Just so you know, there's no "Planets" link on the HTML version of your site. I'm guessing you just forgot to update the HTML version too. I just wanted to point this out in case there are people out there with internet that would have trouble supporting the flashier version of your site. :D
