If you have an idea, suggestion, or contribution to make to a ship which is registered to someone, don't worry. You're not totally screwed. Send an e-mail to the person who is listed as the one most suited to hear your thought. Please note that the position of 'OPTer' is regarded as having leadership over a particular opt.
