Dynamic Cockpits problem - NEWBIE :(

Hi Pilots...
I Downloaded and installed all upgrade files (I think) Including the RebelDynamicCockpits_v2.1 - It installs a DynamicCockpit Folder - with contents - to the XWA Install Folder, but has not installed the Dynamic_Cockpit.cfg file to the main folder. Tried re-installing a few times including a reboot, but with no success.... Any ideas please :)

I haven't installed the Hooks app as yet - would this be needed?
