First of all, thanks to the XWAU team for the amazing work you guys are doing!
I'm playing on a brand new Steam install (Windows 7), with the Mega Patch 2020 Update 1. I believe the only custom setting I have is that I disabled the laser lights to avoid having my whole cockpit flash green or red or whatever color when I'm fired at by a starship.
My problem here is that the game is repeatedly crashing on Battle 1 Mission 7 at the time the main sensor is exploding. I checked that the MIP Mapping is ON. I even tried both the Normal and High settings, with the same results.
It seems that the issue is with the Hooks, based on the report from the Event viewer (I believe I properly translated it from French)

Any idea how to fix this?
Updated with the fixes

I was finally able to complete B1M7
What I did is I uninstalled XWA, reinstalled from Steam, applied the Mega Patch, Update 2.1 and French patch. I launched the game, started B1M7... and it crashed as usual.
Made another clean install, Mega Patch and Update 2.1 but NO French patch, played the mission and had no issue!
So it seems that all this burden was caused by the French patch I was using. It is the one created by @Choum. But it is apparently compatible with Update 1 only, not Update 2.
