Hi, hope anyone can help.

My X-Wing Alliance is Steam version on Win10, I did successfully install the "XWAU 2020 Mega Patch" version. But with error on install both the XWAU 2020 Update Version 2.0 and 2.1.

The step cause error is on patch the XWAlliance.exe. I cannot find the file in XWA folder and I've tried to rename the XwingAlliance.exe to XWAlliance.exe but still failed.

However, I can still play with the XWA successfully and the graphics seems upgrade.

Please kindly see the attached screen capture for details, thanks so much in advance.

Hello,
You can try to delete the XWA shortcut on the desktop before launching the installer.

There is no XWAlliance.exe. This is simply a spelling mistake that is now fixed. It was never trying to patch to this, so please do not try and rename anything.
Chief XWAU Team annoying nitpicker.

Thanks for all your help, I did finally try to uninstall everything, then reinstall from scratch, with the create desktop shortcut unticked, and OK.

Thanks so much once again.
