Tutorial and German subtitles?

Hello, don't be surprised, I am translating this text from German into English with a translator.

I've always played the normal version of Xwing alliances.

Now that I have installed XWA Upgrade and wanted to start over, I found that I am not at the beginning of the robot where I can play the first intromissions. I find the room with the robot, but it doesn't show me a mission. Where can I find the missions from the beginning of the game?

And is it possible to set the subtitles back to German?

I use the GoG version (German)

Hello,
You need to create a new pilot.
You can do that from the launcher.

my text is german but i use the OLD CD-Version perhaps that's the difference ?

i have the german GOG Version installed and then the Upgrade

Try it with this:
xwa.tab von deinem GOG Spiel einfach ins root Verzeichnis von X-Wing Alliance kopieren
Now the Texte should be german

There used to be language patches for the craft packs on Darksaber's site.

Yes, though with the newest rounds of updates the original XWA.tab files should work
