Shipset Launcer?

Whats a good shipset launcher, I tried to download Hellraisers, but I can not get to his website to download the Runocxs file. If anyone knows of another good shipset to download, please tell me, or if you can email me the file if it is not to big I would appreciate it... if you can just ask for my email. Also, I used to use BenHex edit for OPT's, but I was wondering if others thought MXvTED was easier to use.
